Best Mini RC Quadcopter Drone 2017

This is a great starter drone. I bought it for my 7 year old and he loves it. It's relatively easy to fly as well.

• Headless mode：Headless mode, a function through which the aircraft will consider the direction opposite to that of the remote control as the correct one by default when it flies to a height where the operator is not able to judge the direction of the aircraft head with bare eyes, so that he/she can go on with the remaining positions.
• 3D Roll：Just press the button on transmitter, and you get 360-degrees Flip, continuous roll for perfect action and wonderful performance.
• 6-Axis gyroscope: 6-Axis gyroscope adopted for strong stability, allowing for various flight movements implementation with stronger wind resistance and ease of control.
• LED Lights: The creatively designed LED lights are fitted for night flight possibilities, leaving a beautiful landscape in the night sky.
• Function:a key return/ Up / down / left turn / right turn / forward / back / left side fly / right side fly / speed file/ 360 ° flip / headless mode / memory function

Pros:
- The controller works pretty well and is small which is great for kids.
- Battery life is reasonable (5 minutes give or take).
- Extra batteries and a multi-charger are very cheap (for around $10 you can get 4 more batteries and a charging station that charges them all at the same time).
- It seems durable (it has taken some hard spills and ended up on a roof and in a tree and it's still ticking).
- "3D roll" works like a charm.
- It includes extra propellors.
Cons:
- The documentation is slightly confusing (to supplement the documentation, look up YouTube vids on this drone! There are quite a few out there).
- The one-click return to home is pretty much useless as far as I can tell (it's not a feature I care about and I wasn't expecting it to work on such a cheap drone anyway, hence 5 stars; but they really should just remove it).
- Since it's so light it can be unstable outside if there is any wind. Works great indoors but be cautious about outdoor use.

In summary: if you are looking for a cheap starter drone for yourself or a child in your life, this is a great place to start. Look up YouTube videos if you want to see if in action. There are lots of video reviews out there!
